"I Didn't Receive an Email"

MentorNet can be configured to send emails to users based on certain trigger events, such as being assigned a mentor, or if a news item is posted.

 

From time to time, some users may find that they are not receiving these emails.

 

The most likely reasons for this is that the email has been caught by their incoming mail server's spam filter.

 

To resolve this:

 

1.Check the Spam folder on their email account.

 

2.Highlight the email concerned.

 

3.Add the email to their mail server's Safe Sender list.
