We’ve implemented an easy way for you to give us feedback without having to leave the MentorNet system.

 

This feedback is sent directly to sfG and we will be able to track the feedback and know who has sent it. We can’t guarantee that we will respond to every individual comment, but we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible to any product issues and any other feedback that clearly requires a response. We will track product enhancement requests and give you feedback from time to time so that you know whether you can expect your feedback to be incorporated in future releases or not.

 

It is possible to specify who has access to this feature. For example, you may want all users to be able to submit feedback, or you may only want administrators to do so. This is configured in the same way as all other security settings – if you’re not sure how to change this then please contact us.
