This report opens in a new window and shows a detailed report of all matched pairs (mentor and mentee). It contains details such as when the mentor and mentee last logged in, how many messages and activity logs each has created and when various events last took place.
To set the date range:
| 1. | It is possible to view this report for different pre-defined date ranges by clicking the drop-down at the top-right of the report. |
To export to Excel:
| 1. | This report contains a lot of detail and it may be useful to export it to Excel so you can do further analysis. |
| 2. | Click on the  icon at the top-right of the report. |
| 3. | Follow any security instructions that are displayed in your browser. |
| 4. | The report will be created as a .csv file and will open in Microsoft Excel, assuming it is installed. |
Notes:
| ▪ | You can sort the report by clicking on the column headers. |
| ▪ | Clicking on the hyperlinks on the mentor/mentee names will take you straight to the full profile details for that mentor/mentee. |
