"I've Been Locked Out"

If a user enters their password incorrectly five times, their account will be locked and the administrator will need to unlock it.

 

To unlock an account:

 

1.Click Admin in the menu on the left of the screen.

 

2.Click User Management:

3.If a user has been locked out, the iconpadlockicon will be displayed next to their user details.

 

4.Click the edit_icon2 icon next to the required user:

5.To unlock the user's account, click Unlock:

6.The message "User Account Successfully Unlocked" is displayed in the Results section of the screen.
