Setting Enhanced Confidentiality on Private Messages

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The Conversations report is where administrators are able to view the content of all private messages.

For many MentorNet administrators, viewing the private messages within the Conversations Report is a fundamental part of being able to monitor and understand each mentoring relationship. But for others, it is a breach of confidentiality and some mentoring programmes would like private messages to remain confidential between mentor and mentee, even to the point of not allowing the administrator to view them.

It is possible for sfG to stop administrators from viewing the Conversations report, which means that all private messages remain confidential between the mentor and mentee. This is a security setting that is defined by sfG, so if you would like to make this report inaccessible to your administrators then please contact us.
