For confidentiality reasons, it is sometimes important to prevent a mentor from editing an Activity Log after it has been created. This can be particularly important for mentoring organisations that deal with Vulnerable Groups.

 

It is possible for the administrator to apply a security setting to stop mentors editing Activity Logs once they have been saved. This setting can always be over-ridden by the administrator if there is a valid reason for editing an Activity Log.
